Hello reader. welcome to another post today I will review mi Band 4. in this post I talk about mi Band 4, Price And Availability And Specs and Features So Let’s start.

Xiaomi Mi Band 4 has been unveiled at an event in China. The new Mi Band version features a colour AMOLED panel with a 2.5D curved glass protection. The presence of the AMOLED display brings support for watch faces. Further, Xiaomi has announced a list of wrist band options that are aimed to match the taste and preferences of users. The Mi Band 4 comes with a six-axis accelerometer sensor that enables monitoring of physical activities while on-the-move

Mi Band 4: Price and Availability

The Mi Band 4 comes in two different variants — a standard one and another with NFC support. The standard Mi Band 4 is priced at 169 yuan (around Rs 1,700) whereas the NFC variant will see you shell out 229 yuan (around Rs 2,300). The device will go on sale in China starting June 14. There’s no word on when it will launch in India. Xiaomi is expanding its Avengers partnership with the Mi Band 4: Avengers Edition. This special edition Mi Band 4 comes with an exclusive band and dial face with the Avengers logo slapped onto it. You’ll have to pay a premium if you’re an Avengers fan, shelling out 349 yuan (around Rs 3,500) for this limited edition fitness band.

Mi Band 4: Specs and Features

The Mi Band 4, as you can see below, retains the same design language as its popular predecessor, but Xiaomi has now finally made the most requested user upgrade to its fitness band. The Mi Band 4 features a coloured 0.95-inch AMOLED touchscreen. There’s scratch-resistant 2.5D glass protection atop the touchscreen, thus, making it a major upgrade over the Mi Band 3.

Since the display is now coloured, it means there’s more scope for the creation of some creative dial faces and that’s exactly what Xiaomi has done. You’ll not only get a forest, galaxy or Mobius belt dial face on the Mi band but also several Overwatch dial faces as shown on stage at the event. There’s going to be a large number of themes for it really soon and I’m excited to check them out.

While the AMOLED display sure is a welcome change, the biggest addition to Mi Band 4 comes in the form of an AI voice assistant. Yes, Xiaomi has included Xiao AI aboard its latest fitness band and you can now swipe right on the dial face to access the same. It comes in really handy for controlling Xiaomi’s IoT products, starting an activity, and of course, setting reminders. You can now also control music on the Mi Band 4, which will obviously have to be my favourite feature.

Xiaomi is all set to launch the Mi Band 4 in China at an event today. At today’s event, Xiaomi is expected to launch several other ecosystem or lifestyle products. Despite all the products, the star of the event is said to the Mi Band 4, the successor to the Mi Band 3. Ahead of the launch, almost everything has been revealed about the Mi Band 4 that is said to be smarter than any of the previously launched Mi smart Bands. As of now, there are no words when the Mi Band 4 will hit the Indian market.Mi band 4

The key highlight of the Mi Band 4 will be its display. Unlike the predecessor Mi Band 3, the Mi Band 4 will come with a coloured display. The screen of the Mi Band 4 will also be 39.9 per cent bigger when compared to the Mi Band 3 or any of the previous generation Mi Bands. The rumours and leaks suggest that the Mi Band 4 will come in two variants – one with NFC support while the other one will have no NFC support.

The official poster of the Mi Band 4 was leaked by several Xiaomi executives including CEO Lei Jun and it suggests that the Mi Band 4 will come in various funky colours like blue, orange, brown and off white. As far as the design is concerned the Mi Band 4 appears (in the posters) to be similar to the Mi Band 3 with a rubber band.

Ahead of the launch, Xiaomi CEO revealed that the Mi Band 4 will have a colour display with more than 16000 colour pixels. He also revealed that the smart band will include several colourful personalized or custom watch faces. Rumours and leaks also reveal that the Mi Band 4 will come with a much bigger battery that will last longer. Past leaks suggest Mi Band 4 will come with a 135mAh battery which is much bigger than the Mi Band 3 battery setup. Rumours and leaks also suggest that the Mi Band 4 will also include a colour OLED screen, this means the display of the Mi Band 4 will be much brighter than any of the previous generation Mi Bands.

Besides the key specs, the expected pricing of the Mi Band 4 has also leaked ahead of the launch. Ahead of the launch the Mi Band 4 is spotted listed on AliExpress website. The retail website has listed the Mi Band 4 with a price tag of US $49.99. Surprisingly, the Mi Band 4 is already up on sale on the e-commerce website. The price suggests that the Mi Band 4 will be pricier than the third generation Mi Band 3 that sells for Rs 1999 in India.

There’s currently no word on when Mi Band 4 launches in India, but we could hope to see Xiaomi launch it alongside the Redmi K20 series next month. Are you excited for the new colour display here? Let us know in the comments below.
